LORDS GIFTS
Established in 1998, Lords Gifts has enjoyed rapid growth in successive years of trading to become a leading UK supplier of wine gifts, champagne gifts and hampers. As a growing independent company, we have developed a strong reputation for our positive, helpful approach and for the care and attention to detail in our gifts. We believe the gifts should be aesthetically coherent as well as tasty and enjoyable! After all, the first impression the gift makes is visual.

WINE EXPERTISE
Our gifting business is supported by our wine importing and distribution activity, providing you with award-winning wines not available in a retail environment. We import wines from all over the world, specialising in smaller, independent wineries with a growing reputation for quality. Our ethos is to work with winemakers whose primary aim is to make wines that speak eloquently of the character of their region and we have been rewarded for this approach with a succession of awards at the major international wine shows this year.

The superb Côtes du Rhône wines from Quartre Chemins, which feature in our wine and cheese gifts, have garnered pluadits at the Concours General Agricole in Paris this year, as has the stunning PiqueRoque VdP rosé from Provence. We want to ensure that our customers are pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the wines in our Christmas Collection. Whichever gift you choose from this year's range, you will find lovely wines which represent great value and complement the foods beautifully.

FOOD PRODUCTS
Each year we visit the major food and drink shows around the UK to seek out new suppliers whose products will enhance our gifts. This year we have plenty of new food suppliers, following extensive research and enjoyable tasting sessions! Our emphasis, as always, is on emerging, independent companies whose ethos is similar to ours: an insistence on quality and an eye for attractive presentation. Many of this year's food products have received awards at the 2010 Great Taste Awards, so we are delighted to be able to include them in this years Christmas Collection. Two of our favourite new products are the Frank's Luxury Biscuits range and the Ludlow Christmas puddings - both delicious handmade product ranges produced by family run bakeries.

OUR FACILITIES
With large warehousing and offices in Middlewich, Cheshire, we offer the complete service. All gifts are packed and despatched from our premises and when you call us with a query you will speak to knowledgeable, helpful staff intent on resolving any issues.

Recent years have seen a huge growth in the number of orders we receive online and we have improved the website to make the customer experience enjoyable.

Most recently we have added online tracking to each order, enabling customers to view the progress of their order to its recipient. Since many customers order our products as gifts to send to friends, family or business colleagues, the facility has been of real benefit, providing the assurance that gifts have arrived on time and been signed for at the correct address.
