Cancellation and Complaints

It is not possible to cancel an order subsequent to despatch. In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address being supplied or incorrect recipient information having been submitted by the purchaser, or if the recipient refuses to accept the consignment, Lords Gifts shall be entitled to charge the full amount for the re-direction of the consignment to a new address should the purchaser wish to take up this option.

Consequential Loss
Consequential loss is limited to the cost price of the gifts.

Reservation of Title
All goods remain the property of lordsgifts.co.uk until paid for in full.

Substitutions
In the unlikely or unforeseen event of unavailability, lordsgifts.co.uk reserves the right to substitute any products with products of an equal or higher value.
